At Vape Town, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and select the items you wish to return to receive a prepaid shipping label via email.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn apparel with original tags still attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
